Ο Άγιαξ Ελλάς ανακοίνωσε ότι βρίσκεται σε αναζήτηση, για την πρόσληψη του νέου του τεχνικού διευθυντή. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να στέλνουν βιογραφικά στην εταιρία στα Αγγλικά.

“Ο Ajax Hellas βρίσκεται σε αναζήτηση του νέου του τεχνικού διευθυντή
Ο κ. Καζιάνης και οι άνθρωποι του Άγιαξ στη συνάντηση που είχαν πριν από μερικές ημέρες στο Άμστερνταμ, μίλησαν μεταξύ άλλων και για τη θέση του τεχνικού διευθυντή του Ajax Hellas. Ο πρόεδρος της εταιρίας σε συνεργασία με τους ιθύνοντες του Αίαντα, αποφάσισαν την πρόσληψη νέου τεχνικού διευθυντή, ο οποίος θα αναλάβει την παρακολούθηση και την εξέλιξη του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος του Άγιαξ στην Ελλάδα.
Έτσι, από σήμερα οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να στέλνουν βιογραφικά στην εταιρία μας στα Αγγλικά. Η πρόσληψη θα γίνει μετά από interview με τον κ.Έντι Φαν Σάικ, των πέντε επικρατέστερων.

Job Description:
Assist to oversee the direction of the Ajax Hellas Academy’s in Greece and Cyprus
Manage and oversee the Ajax Hellas Academy coordinators and trainer-coaches
Develop and monitor a comprehensive training curriculum for all age groups in conjunction with the Ajax head coach
Manage staff for the Ajax Hellas Academy program
Communicate to the owner and headcoach about the status and progress of the program
Manage relationships with local clubs and organizations to ensure continued support of the Ajax Hellas Academy’s
Coordinate the Ajax Hellas Academy’s staff training program
Serve as a clinician to promote the Ajax Hellas Academy’s
Conduct regular Academy visits with staff /parent / player meetings in conjunction with the Ajax Hellas Academy coordinators and trainer-coaches
